Cleansing Stream Central Oregon (CSCO) is the presenter of Cleansing Stream programs for our region and beyond. CSCO partners closely with Cleansing Stream Ministries International (CSMI) in discipleship ministry and uses the official materials, videos, and events. CSMI works with pastors in over 36 countries, providing support, discipleship tools and events. CSCO and CSMI are committed to teaching, training and maturing believers in personal cleansing, inner healing, deliverance and spiritual warfare, releasing people to serve, minister and disciple others in the body of Christ.
CSCO is led by Pastor Sue Goodman, a counselor in Bend, Oregon. CSCO is supported and sponsored by Luke 4:18 Ministries, an interdenominational, evangelical para-church ministry serving our region’s churches and pastors. CSNW is a life-transforming ministry that applies Biblical principles to empower believers in their daily lives and service. CSNW helps us release the past, grow in Christian maturity, and move forward in freedom.
Each of us has experienced both positive and negative events and influences. As a result, most of us carry “extra baggage” from the past into our Christian walks. We are saved through Jesus’ work on the cross, yet there is still work to be done: Sanctification. (Hebrews 10:14)
The intention of the Holy Spirit is for believers to be free so they can live the abundant lives Jesus promised. Since 1995, CSNW has offered practical tools for the lifelong sanctification process. Nearly 2,000 people in Central Oregon have received the blessing of Cleansing Stream. The Getaway Event has touched and transformed tens of thousands of people here and around the world.
CSNW offers a safe environment. Confidentiality is strongly guarded. Love and grace motivate everything we do. The Holy Spirit leads and we follow. It’s a Journey of Discovery that will bring you closer to the Lord and the abundant life He wants for you.

Our purpose is to help pre-Christians discover Jesus Christ as their personal savior and to help them live fulfilled, victorious lives by applying Biblically-based truth in their lives. This will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide programs that will include both evangelism and have a strong emphasis on discipleship to help individuals discover spiritual freedom and their calling so that they can have the greatest possible impact for the Kingdom of God.
- Provide referrals for Christian Life Coaching and Counseling.
- Produce and teach Christian discipleship training programs in churches and other venues.
- Provide discipleship training programs through the web site with a special focus for use by small groups and individuals.
- Find the most outstanding discipleship programs available and obtain the permissions necessary to make the selected materials available through our web site or by providing links to where the material can be accessed.
- Produce, distribute, and sell Christian literature and other media supporting our exempt purposes. Make this material as widely available as possible in printed or digital format for the lowest possible cost.
- Establish a referral network of qualified Christians and ministries that share our exempt purposes.
- Collaborate with other religious non-profit organizations whenever possible to maximize the impact and scope of our shared exempt purposes.
- Provide internships or other volunteer ministry opportunities that will encourage spiritual growth and discipleship training.
